The Agency is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. These are our normal business hours. Times after this would be considered After Hours. The Agency has coverage 24 hours 7 days a week.
A registered nurse (RN) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with concerns during regular office hours as well as being available on-call when the office is closed. We will talk with you by phone to determine your needs. When appropriate, a nurse will come to your place of residence. We are available after regular office hours for urgent conditions.
